    Summer skiing

    Summer skiing update

We believe even a small amount of skiing during the summer months can make a
massive difference to your skiing. Here are a few things going on this summer to
keep your skiing in great shape.

    •    Summer workshop days at Hemel Hempstead indoor slope
    •    Grommet camps for the kids at Hemel Hempstead indoor slope

    Summer Workshops at Hemel Hempstead
The workshops are aimed at developing and practicing key skills to keep your mind
and body in good shape for the winter. ‘Balance’ is a great example of this, and a
skill that can mean the difference between an average skier and a very skillful one.

Each workshop will focus on a theme from a list of skills like Balance, Steering and
Posture. The aim is to really explore the limits of each theme, developing your
understanding and improving your skill level. With content both on and off the snow
we hope to come up with some challanging and interesting activities.

    Chris Says
“The difference between skiing in the summer and not is really obvious in the first
few days of your skiing holiday. I like to feel more connected and balanced right
from the first day. Wasting time getting my legs back, is not always an option.”

Workshops dates will be the last weekend of July, August and September and the
price for a full-day all in is £130 per person(including ski pass)

    Grommet Camps (Summer holidays)
Lose the kids for a day! Lots of fun and games and a big focus on getting the kid’s
foundation movements dialed in! Races, prize’s, video feedback and more.
Includes working through the UK snow awards.

To be held on weekends over the summer holidays July and August.
